Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CHC Cedar Hill Concrete. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Our Services

We provide concrete installation, repair, and related services in Cedar Hill, TX and surrounding areas. All work is performed by our licensed and insured team. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if we discover additional work is needed or if project scope changes. We'll always communicate any changes with you before proceeding.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Material costs and labor rates may change after this period.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment plans may be available for larger projects.

Scheduling and Delays

We work hard to stick to our schedule, but sometimes weather, material delays, or unforeseen issues happen. We'll keep you updated if your project timeline changes. You also need to let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your property and project
• Obtaining any necessary permits (unless we've agreed to handle this)
• Marking underground utilities before we start work
• Keeping pets and children away from the work area
• Providing clear access to the work site

Warranty

We stand behind our work. We offer a warranty on our workmanship, but the specific terms depend on your project. We'll discuss warranty details before starting your project. Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or issues caused by settling or ground movement are not covered.

Liability

We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, damage from settling or ground movement, or issues caused by changes you made after our work was completed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
